Data collection timeline

I wanted to let you all know that I plan to start the survey sometime in late October, hopefully no later than November 1st. As you'll see, there's a page at the top called "Take the Survey!" where I'll post a link once the survey is ready. Get your mouse-clicker-finger ready, because November 1st will be here before we know it!
